Date Time with our cougar

I didn't think I would be driving Lucas to meet his girlfriend and go on a date so soon :)

Hailey's mom Vanessa, and I feel it is too soon for them to go on dates alone so its a good excuse for us to tag along and hang out... and on this particular date, shop (a favorite passtime we both have).

Lucas is working on his walking skills so in the mean time Hailey was sweet enough to push him around Potterybarn Kids in a baby stroller.

Cookie Monster

Meet my new friend the Cookie Monster balloon my Aunt Lulu and cousin Beck gave me for my baptism. I really love it!!! Cookie Monster does alot of fun things with me...

Lucas' Baptism

On Sunday Lucas was baptized!!!

He was baptized at Santiago de Compostela Catholic Church in Lake Forest.

The same church that Mike and I were married in.

Lucas has the most special godparents...Uncle Brian and Aunt Lulu.

Mike and I feel so blessed to have them as Lucas' godparents.

The day was perfect including the weather.

We were so grateful to have our family there!!!

It was a wonderful day :)

The rockstar of the family was missing (Uncle Gannin). He had to work...we missed him but we understand that rockstars can not always get time off at the last minute. We love you Uncle Gannin :)

Boy, was this a good day. I got to play with my cousin and my Aunt Lulu pulled us around her house in a laundry basket. Oh, and my Aunt Lulu made me homemade playdoh that was safe if I tried to eat it...which I did.

My whole life my Dad has always had a camera in hand no matter what we were doing. When we would complain about having to take another picture he would assure us that when we got older we would be so happy that we had pictures to look back on and we would appreciate them... and let me tell you he was RIGHT!!!
